The Mortgage Reality Calculator uses standard amortization formulas to generate estimates based on the information you provide. These calculations are mathematical illustrations and are subject to the following limitations:

The calculator does not account for property taxes, homeowners insurance, HOA fees, closing costs, or other costs of homeownership

Interest rates, loan terms, and market conditions change frequently and the default values shown may not reflect current rates
